Don't use the oven. Get a used toaster oven. It actually comes out crispier and much faster because it's closer to the heat source and heats up faster and more accurately
Got mine for 10 dollars from a thrift store and have only used the oven once a year since. Also saves energy. Roommate also now doesn't use the oven only the toaster oven, it's aesome! And it has broil and toast settings with a drip pan tray for roasting chickens and sausages 🙂
Also never forget… ride the highs but relapse is part of recovery, in the sense that it gives you an opportunity to examine how you feel after and motivate you to try again. No shame, just start again, and that's part of the process. That shame spiral is what kills people

Start with 10 minutes so that you get into the habit of just going onto it and it becomes natural and not scary
AND PLEASE PLEASE ADD MORE PROTEIN!! I'm the leptin reset diet person who always talks to you about how PROTEIN increases your sensitivity for LEPTIN (fullness hormone) which also works in tandem with INSULIN increasing your sensitivity and decreasing your resistance for both!!!
Add some steamed fish perhaps to that meal, or chicken breast (or skinless not breast. Tear the skin off before cooking).
I like my fish filets with lemon juice, dill, chives or green onions and garlic. Sometimes I also put a sprinkle of corn starch or any other starch on top and a mist of oil, put it in the oven or air fryer, and it's close to battered. Just don't douse it with starch and oil!! A light dip and mist of oil is all it needs! And that's like 20g protein plus

Record every time you eat, you don't' need to upload it but definitely keep it as a record, trust me it helps – & will keep Salah around. Really praying this will help you, I'm 58 & trust me, NOW is the only time to try hard!!

AND, 20 chews per mouthful & slow down your eating, trust me it's hard but you'll feel more satisfied after your meal. I'm learning too …. not saying I've got it down but … learning .. lol! It actually works x
Hi luv, as a fellow sufferer of food addiction I think this is your go to support video, Salah controls me/my husband controls me or whatever you named that brave video. Every time you feel your failing you should watch that AND remember when you said the noise of that person eating on the plane bothered you? ….. maybe you could think about eating with your mouth closed ….pleez .. we all have our issues & I have misophonia (sounds drive us wild) & I'd really like to be here to support your lifestyle change with you but can't if noisy eating is your main thing. Mainly because if you can do it, it will give me some hope of me getting the strength to sort mine out. I am really hoping Salah is your solution xx
So proud of you Chantal! Treadmill for 22 minutes and a healthy portioned meal! The reactors will work overtime to try to bring you down, and u may see an increase in trolls. I really hope u remember that it’s not about you, it’s about them and their need to profit from your eating disorder. Pathetic enough that I hope u can just shake your head and laugh 🙂
