    Ill play Man-thing. I dont know shit about him, but i would easily play man-thing! He looks dope.
    Then, I'd proceed to learn everything about him, Ala Shuma-Gorath.
    Then, when I feel like i discovered him myself, I will proceed to talk myself out of convos at parties… because Im really into hiw man-thing plays now.

    Regarding why MVC3 had those RE representations, it was just a way to recoup on dev time by using the RE5 models to make the fighters. Chris, Wesker and Jill are all guilty of this. Unsure why they went with Nemesis though, or where that model came from if it was a re-use too…

    Okay hear me out on an Onimusha rep. It's way easier with 4 because they didn't use likeness rights but instead of Soki give me Jubei "Akane" Yagyu she's basically a combination Cammy and Vergil and it would be siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiick. Also God Emperor Doom would be cool but imagine 2099 Doom!

    Can you imagine what the villain team-up described at 44:44 would be like in a story sense? I don't know a ton about Pyron but I imagine him being the "competent one" who has to keep Vile and Lady D in check while they keep slipping up by toying with the heroes and bantering for too long.

    Also I called the Miles Edgeworth twist before you said it.

    As a huge DMC guy, I think Sparda is a bad pick. Unless they just totally redesign the character, hes alot like Dante. He just has a bigger blade that makes him move slower, and he doesn't have guns. Id much rather have V with his summoning abilities, but maybe that kind of play is already covered with Lilith. If you wanted a less obvious DMC rep I'd go with someone weird like Jester.

    Simularly, I want Mr. Fantastic over The Thing for the stretchy mechanics

    I love this roster, but i do think that it's incredibly weird to not have deadpool on base roster, when the roster is as it is. So, yeah, I'd swap out manthing for him (at the end of the day they are both gross in their own ways)

    I prefer they use Miles Morales Spider-Man rather than Peter… to experience the VS world.

    Miles Edgeworth would summon Gumshoe as the tank like Maya for Phoenix Wright while he collects logic (thinking things through) and Franziska's whip attack is the attack Maya super version.

    A Cloak & Dagger 2-for-1 character like Hawkeye and Ant-Man could be cool, with Dagger being the primary and Cloak assisting on a Lv 3 special or something like that. And my vote for Project Justice representation goes to Chairperson.

    Personally I have a character idea that would be a bit mainstrean but also a "who & why" all at once: Viper/Madame Hydra.
    Hear me out, I know she's technically "another Avengers villain" and she's been in a few shows and video games but she's not super well-known outside of the comics and I think she has untapped potential as a fighting game character. She could be a sneaky glass-cannon combo-heavy fighter, darting all over the screen with various guns, daggers, darts, claws and whips but laced with her poison that could temporarily slowly eat away at health bars, giving her something to make her stand out more from the usual sword/gun users and would make getting caught in one of her combos absolutely brutal (of course, the poison damage would need to be balanced by being a barely noticeable slow burn but sometimes every little bit can make the difference in a match); and if we wanna get crazy, she could also mix up with poisoned biting attacks with her fangs and make use of her teleportation ring to get the jump on opponents.
    Also the Vs. series is just lacking on villainesses and as a side note, it could be fun to see her have a dynamic with Juri from Street Fighter (because I feel like Capcom would want to use Juri with how overwhelmingly popular she got) with a whole "merciless snake vs. brutal spider" theming. And Viper/Madame Hydra just seems like the kind of out of pocket pick I could see Capcom wanting to include just for her moveset potential.

    Also I totally don't have a bias because I don't have the hots for green baddie. Shaddap.

    I honestly wouldnt complain if this was the legit MvC4 roster. would there be a few Id personally want? Sure, if I was the one to choose ID defo put Human Torch and Jessica Drew Spiderwoman over Miguel and Thing, and maybe Sin over Red Skull? Also Elsa Bloodstone! OH, and Ada would be a huge DLC character on the Capcom side. Im also surprised Matt didnt pick Asura.
