Ok, i figured it out. The promissory estople at when we figure out how much we get from the fund when we are mistreated on duty city, we handle the matter like a lawsuit but its our way to protect the fund that gives us compensation when we are hurt in the line of duty. So i was shot by digni protection hostaged to space with a sawed off dognigi grade rifle and bullets that protect me, then the department just after all shot me while i layed on the driveway from afar. I used part of my vic comp from an incident when i was beaten to death in gaza to repair the fund why we keep saying, stop suing the department… it makes us unwell or sick. I was working as a training officer in compton when i was like 21.

I guess I could be wrong so I'm just going to say that now but from recent experiences as in my sister and my mom when they would have an epileptic fit seizure extremely bad. Eyes open yes and of course a lot of shaking now when I have fainted or blacked out as also from my friends as well just fainted eyes are shut because your muscles completely relaxed. And you become limp. With a seizure, everything is tence in your body therefore if you were to try to straighten out an arm or anything you could actually break their arm. You have to be extra extra careful when people are having epileptic fits.
Beware of people who hold off tears until they're being punished. They're only sad that they were caught.
