Tamron had cosmetic surgery when she was a news anchor in Chicago. Chicagoians remember when Rob mentioned it in his article, which was insulting. It was obvious to viewers who watched her every day go from an AA to a full B or C after a short hiatus on the air. After Federer did the article, she said she did it so her clothes would fit better. Chicagoians will never forget it, so don't lie now about having past surgery.
