I wanted a BBL – UNTIL I looked into it. I had no idea it was the deadliest plastic surgery performed. There is too much of a risk of injecting fat into blood vessels. The other thing is people having surgery in clinics outside of a hospital.

They should do harm reduction like they do with drug use… Instead of shaming these people, get them educated on the risks with therapy before doing the surgery. Actually idk how they would actually do this lol but they need to stop advertising these surgeries as risk-free. I actually wanted a BBL years ago and no one could convince me otherwise, until I saw these documentaries about the risks (which doctors never told me). Now, I don't want it and if I change my mind, I know it needs to be a huge investment with a reputable doctor, and even so, I would accept that I could still die.
