She actually IS the 3rd parent. Dream seems to spend a lot of time with Khloe & her kids. That’s the child’s aunt. One of the closest family relationship for a little girl.

Wow.. I'm actually extremely impressed w/ the growth Blac Chyna has shown even in just this instance alone! There was a time it would have went alot differently!
