Kim is getting money and Ye has to also help with school. So I believe Angela wants help with school, money even if the time with the child is divided to three and half days for each parent .

Even if she gets 50:50 custody they shouldn’t have to pay child support as they both have the child equality. Well child support can be changed at anytime because it is based on income and they are not married. I think the courts have a scale and guidelines about what is considered child support and what is considered a gift. So she doesn't have joint custody looks like she has weekend visitation. Looks like he chose to put him in a $40K school to keep from giving Angela money and he has his weekends free.😅😅. So when she has her son she pays for everything. What about medical, vision and dental.I think it's good she going to court cause things gonna get more expensive. Whatever the court decides about child support anything else is the choice of the parent. For example $20K is Angela's money. If Tyga wants to send him to a school higher than his $20k then its his choice or find one that costs less.
